f3 wont reboot after channel update

Hi, after trying to update the channels boquet on my f3 it will now not reboot and the led display says load and counts to 100 then back to load. Any ideas? All help would be appreciated, thanks.

You may have to use the recovery method with the rs232.

First try booting without the satellite feed.

Tried booting without dish feed but still the same, i will try null cable update tomorrow, thanks.
