I recently bought a sky open box x3 pvr and when i click subtitles there is no option to turn them off. My dad got the exact same box from a different buyer and when he clicks subtitles 3 options come up with off being one of them. I contacted another guy who got the same box as me off the same buyer and he also had the same issue... he said he had to download a new image or firmware to get rid of the subtitles. I have sinced emailed him back for help on how he did this but i havnt had a reaply as of yet? It has been a week now...
Can anyone else help me? I am new to this so i dont know how to put a new image/firmware onto my box without losing the current channels i have. I need some sound advice on how to solve this issue.
