Audio out of sync & contrast issues

Hi all,
I have a few questions I hope some of you could help me out here with a Skybox M3.

The box is running software
3601HD_31_10_2012_0b39

I seem to be having an audio sync problem with fta and other channels.
I have tried Digital audio out YUY, BS out & LPCM out.
Please can you let me know which one is best.


Also the contrast seems to go really dark.
Say I'm watching a movie and a scene changes quickly its like that box can't keep up and screen goes really dark for a few seconds.
I have tried a different HDMI cable & on another TV

But still the same.

you can use the v.format button and change to 1080i-60, also try flashing a new firmware on it be carefull of clone

Iam using it in 720p at the moment so will change it over to 1080i.

Yea was thinking about reflashing the firmware.
How do I know if my box is clone or not?

I find the boxes goes way out of sync if I go through the EPG.
I have to reboot the box to get it to an ok sync.
