skybox f3 receive 37% of singal intensity

hi all guys i need your help

as we know the minimum signal intensity is 45% just from original factory settings, but my machine stuck on 37% and never be recovered again.

even i am newbie wrongly setting up or damage of lnb or dish moving, whatsoever, it is imposible to drop below 45%.

i try many effort such as flashburn and connect to other dish ,all effort in vain.

let me description the symptom i encounter.

flashburn and switch on the machine.
the "antenna setup" show a 45% signal intensity (great is it?), because in this time there are "no transponder".

but after i move on to "tp list", the signal immediately turn to 37%, even i delete all the tp list, it cannot be recovered to 45%.

    reset the machine.
the "antenna setup" show "again" a 45% signal intensity , same, there are "no transponder"

    help! please !

some body might guess lnb damage, dish moving, wrong flashburn, but i dont thing above reason is true.

because the machine run normally for several day and suddenly not work, this is not caused by wrong flashburn.

i connect to friend dish, it is still 37% (not dish problem!)

i unplug the lnb line, it is still 37% ( not lnb problem! )

there are no people can solve my problem and ask me to send it back to china to warranty claiming, sigh.

could it posibble a wrong voltage output to lnb?

If you connect to a friends dish and it still doesn't work (but his setup is fine) and if you can then connect your friends box to your LNB setup and your friends box is fine on your setup then it's got to be an issue with the box.

If you are getting low signal with your friends box (that you know works fine) with your setup then obviously there is a problem with your setup. Can be anything from misaligned dish, LNB, or even the cable.

the sending back to china was the funny part.
That is illegal, they don't allow complete receivers into the country. You would have to take it apart and send the pieces.

the whole set of satellite is no more than 2 month, i have already unplug all the cable so the lnb assumption was excluded.

tomorow i will test the voltage of tuner, if it was dusted i believe it was power outage, if there are no voltage output then what asseccories should i replace?

this procedure is logical and systematic but i cannot do all the process, limited time to do a limited work, hmmm, further to tell you that if signal appear 37%, it will stucked on 37% , there are no so-called high signal or low signal even all requirement match, there is ?constant signal? of 37% .
