Really need helf skybox m3

Hi plz help just got a skybox m3 and wanting to receive all uk channels can someone tell me what to do from start to finish plz thank wills

I have a the skybox m3 but can some1 talk me through step by step how I would receive all channels and what I have to do to get them thanks

Use shadys set up guide, in red at top off openbox section, m3 are tfe same. The other bit you need can't be talked about on forum, look for a sea lion
