Skybox F5 Can't get DiSEqC switch to work

Hi

I have invested in a Skybox F5, 3pcs of Diavolo Quad LNBs and a Titanium SUS44 4/1 DiSEqC switch.

My problem is that I can't get the skybox to switch satellites. On LNB1 I have 1W, LNB2 4.8E and LNB3 28.2E. All satellites work if i connect the LNB direct to the skybox. But when connecting em via the DiSEqC switch I only get signal to the one connected to LNB1.

In the skybox I have set every satellite to use the DiSEqC 1.0 port 1-3. 1: 1W, 2: 4.8E and 3: 28.2E.

Isnit something wrong with the switch or the box? Maybe a firmware issuse since the skybox f5 is new.

Could it be your Diseqc 2.0 multiswitch isnt that good with receiving Diseqc 1.0 commands.. Im only guessing though...

Meybe. But i thought that 2.0 was backwards compatible. i bought i budget one from local hardware store. But same result.

are you sure the ports are correct, you say you set the box like this
port 1-3. 1: 1W, 2: 4.8E and 3: 28.2E.

Have a go at swapping the ports about...
when you choose a tp from 1w does it show signal when you select port 1,

Yes when choosing port 1 i get 1W but when choosing port 2 or 3 i get no signal even though i get signal if i connect the lnb direct to the box bypassing the switch.

Hi, I'm having the exact same issue on a double diescq switch. It use to work fine on my dm500 but having problem with slybox f5s. Anyone found a fix? I'm using hotbird and astra 28.2 satellites. When one satellite gets signal the other doesnt.

I have a 19.2 and 28 Astra set up...with Ocatgon flex feed & DiSEqC switch....

In ANTENNA SETUP I am set to DiSEqc 1 .... I have 19 on Port 1 and 28 on Port 2
The LNB freq are set as 9750-10600
I get both 'birds to work when the individual lnb is selected
