Hi there guys do any of yous know of any reputable sellers of openboxs from china? And if so how long does it usually take for del and how much per box. And what about taxes for importing.

Why would you want to go to China? By the time you have paid any import duty you could get the same price here and have some protection.
You cannot send faulty goods back to China. Well you can but they wont get past customs. Also you have the protection of the DSR (Distance Selling Regulation) and SoGA (Sale of Goods Act) in the UK.
