Im guessing you bought this box with some kind of gift?
You will need to contact the supplier and ask him for the details im afraid.

You need to google cline and card sharing.

Ask your supplier for this he will know what you have done.
You have erased the info after your update unless you made a backup,

i had this problem with lost of channels before i updated, because i was thinking it was a firmware problem why i could only watch free channels> i have not got any way of contacting the person i got the box from is it possible for you to help me please.

Sorry you will have to find another way.
One we cant talk about it and two these services are not free.
