SKY BOX F3 ( orange light on router)

hy guys, pls need urgent help.
i buy skybox f3, from a trusted guys, he checked in his house and he says its work fine, but when i connect to my skyrouter it only work the free channels other paid channels are says scrambelled, and there is orange light on my router of sky, which i know because of 10mb issue, can anyone help me how to fix that scrambelled thing in my case, as my router is fine as it can connect to my other devices. pls guide me right direction.. is there any setting that i have to check in skybox ??

The Openbox section also covers the S#Ybox F3 so you will most likely get a better response from there.

If you connect F3 via ethernet cable, can you plug something into the end of the ethernet to test rather than the F3. Something like a laptop but you would have to make sure you disconnect from the wireless first otherwise the leptop may still use wireless instead of ethernet cable.

If you plug ethernet into lappy and have wireless on then the lappy will use both as long as the ethernet port is enabled.

Both together at the exact same time? Eg, I have both enabled on my laptop and when I use internet, I can be connected (ie receiving data via both ethernet & wireless) at the exact same time?

I know both can be connected at same time but I didn't think it would use both communication methods at same time, just thought it would use either!
