skybox f5 channel list and setup

Hello to everyone, I'm a newbie and have just purchased the box and dont know how to add the channel list or even search for channels as, its showing empty no channels are coming up.
please can someone advise where I can follow the instructions on how to tune into the satellites and also get the channel list onto the box. I gave a USB stick, do I need to download any software onto PC to do this.

Please help and any advise appreciated in advance.

Hi

I just bought the skybox F5 also, very happy with it. I used Shadys "openbox setup guide" sticky at the top of the page also I used AJ's Channel list found in the same place.

Even though the guide is not specifically for the F5 its virtually the same firmware on it.
