channel list for openbox. sky numbered.

I have tried downloading these listings but they do not have .dbs extensions and are the wrong size. Can somone help. I have a skybox m3.

They are zip files, so need unzipping with a program like Winzip (or one of many other free uncompressing programs like IZArc).

Also, the list is almost a year old! There are more up-to-date channels lists on the forums.

Hi guys does anybody know why channel list is out of sink with the programs being shown the time is right on the box f5s by the way ???
