Program recording on Skybox F3/F5

What sort of recording facility is there in Skybox F3/F5 ?
Can it be scheduled to record weekly/daily program?
Can I watch channel 1 and record channel 2 ?

you can program a record but you only get a now and next on the epg unfortunately you do not get a 7 day epg.

you cant record and watch another channel as the box only has one lnb port on the box so you will have to either go away and do something till it has finished recording i know this a pain in the bum.
