flashing box to box f5

hi all just after a bit of info on flashing an image from one working box to another bricked box(stuck in loading loop) using null modem cable both are slybox f5. could do with a bit of a tut on the proceedure. thanks in advance.

First thing you need to do is dump the image file (.abs) from the working box to a USB memory stick.

Then use a program called "EromUpgrade" to flash the saved image to the bricked box using null modem cable.

I only have experience of S9/10/11. I assume the f5 can be flashed the same way.
