How do you add apps to f5

Hi all, I was wondering how can you add apps to the f5 skybox. I noticed that you tube is on there and you ~~~~ was on there but as I updated the firmware the ~~~~ went off which was good. I wanted to know if there were apps like weather, 1 channel,Facebook etc that you can add on?

Its a basic box. Only apps which are added by the firmware writers will be on them. Dont bank on anything new coming to them anytime soon if ever.
