Skybox F3 Jittery & stuttering help

I have a new skybox F3 on some of the sky HD channels the picture jitters and stutters and the picture goes a bit fuzzy but it's not on every channel what could it be as iv only had it for a few days my signal appears to be good SNR is at 75%

Is it perfect on the free to air HD channels? If so its not the box or dish setup.

I'm not too sure if this is what your on about but I found some of my channels were like this,noticed it more on sky news with the tracker going along the bottom but I orated mines by changing the v.setting and its been perfect since. I am new to this too so this might not be what you're on about...
