freezing in favourites

hi everyone i have just joined the forum. i have just got an f3 box and it works great but when i go into favourites it freezes with what channel its currently on. and when i loaded a channel list all the categorys were jumbled up so i am thinking its conflicting somewhere. thanks

On your box, delete all channels, then go into satellite list and remove (delete) the satellite. Reboot then reload channel list (AJ's is a good one) see if that sorts it..

ive tried doing what you have said but all the old favourite list is still there. even though i have deleted all channels and satellite list

If you delete channels and satellites, then reboot, you should have no satellites nor channels when its booted back up...

I have the same issue and its with the new software which fixes the reboot problems 25/1/13.
