    New Box Owner!

    Hi all!

I've just got a Skybox F5 and wanted to ask a couple of questions if I may....

What setting do you use, 1080i or 1080p? Does it effect picture quality either way?

Is there any other satellites I can pick up with a sky dish without moving it?

Is it possible to add iPlayer etc to the box?

And finally - if I got another box could I use the same cline on both boxes?

    Thanks guys!

Hi there and welcome, you've bought a good box...

What setting do you use, 1080i or 1080p? Does it effect picture quality either way?

Whatever suits you, I have mine on 1080p, but cant really see any difference between 1080i or 1080p..

Is there any other satellites I can pick up with a sky dish without moving it?
    No, there isnt..

Is it possible to add iPlayer etc to the box?

    No, unfortunately not

And finally - if I got another box could I use the same cline on both boxes?
Only your cline provider can answer that

      Thanks mate, very helpful.

Would a cline provider know if you were using it on 2 boxes? Not too worried but every little helps...

Sorry nope, 'cause I believe PM'ing about such things is against the rules too...

Google about, there are many other sites where such discussions are allowed, here we can only really talk about the hardware (legal) side of things..
