s11 HD screen still showing scrambled? any solutions? thank you

hi guys i have had a problem with the screen saying scrambled the last 5 days. today was basically the first time i learnt how to update channel listing as they were all over the place. my internet is working fine so just wondering if anyone would know why the screen is still saying scrambled? the free channels are working fine tho. thank you.

as above has said contact the guy you got the box off with the shitty gift, the server is overloaded in my opinion
