hi same thing here i got up one morning amd the clone message was on the screen i switched off/on and the box was dead no upgrade was performed and i had previously checked the chip as genuine i tried to flash with usb to serial i do not have rs232 so am i doomed

1: not the same thing. i had no clone message.
2: get a proper cable and a pc with a serial port. chances are yours isnt goosed.
3: its telly... youre not really doomed are you?
