hi,i have an openbox s11.do you need a basic tv package for it to work or will it work with just a broadband connection.thanks

No, you dont need any TV package from anywhere... Its a FTA Satellite receiver... Plug it into a dish and watch Free to Air channels..

The internet connection is there to facilitate the box capability of receiving more than just the FTA channels (but its a topic that cannot be discussed here)

HI m8 your best bet is to have a good read on how to setup your openbox from out of the box its f.t.a. unless you bought it with a gift ??? if not you will need to join a sharing site or get a cline from someone then the worlds your oyster. Hope this helped.
