Problem with using Openbox x3 - STB EROM UPGRADE .

I have OpenBOX X3 HD PVR with broken bootloader.

On my COM1 I have these settings
Bps-115200
databits -8
parity- Even
stopbits-1
flow control- none

I try to use RS232 Upgrade Tool for Skybox F3/M3/F4, Openbox X3/Q3/F4/Q4 Ali3601 Models from Download / Software / Openbox X3/Q3_Shenzhen Yojia Technology Co., Ltd. and this firmware Openbox X3/Q3 Software(20120706) from Download / Software / Openbox X3/Q3_Shenzhen Yojia Technology Co., Ltd.

Then I connect Openbox over rs232 and PC on COM1 using STB EROM UPGRADE .
step 1. start config.bat
step 2. start EROM Upgrade.exe (Operate Mode -Upgrade) with checked Include bootloader
step 3. select path for .abs file with firmware for Openbox
step 4. push NExt button
then I get message "Synchronizing STB's... Please reset target!
After this message i switch on/of my Openbox and I get response Synchronizing STB's..DONE
After "Done" next message from program is " UNABLE open Project file . Click "Back" and try again "
I try with different time for swich on/off forom 1....5 seconds.
And try with diferent .abs file (other file from Download / Software / Openbox X3/Q3_Shenzhen Yojia Technology Co., Ltd. but without success

Can enyone help me to solve this problem?
