I Have just got an F3 box and need help i am trying to put new firmware in and i keep getting a message (Upgrade file is a mismatch ) i have downloaded 4 diffrent f3 firmware files and they all fail

try factory reset fost then put firmware on have you loaded anything to box at all mate

Before you even attempt to upgrade your Firmware.... Make a dump of your original system firmware, and keep that copy safe.. Then ask yourself why you're attempting to upgrade the firmware, do you fully understand why you're wanting to upgrade, and if you do then make sure you've obtained the latest original manufacturers firmware and not some dump somebody has made and posted to a forum claiming it to be the best/shiniest/stablest....

ye did the factory reset and made a backup i have also tried the rs232 method which made the box go into a loop but i managed to reserect it with the backup image.
i have tried the lan method but it wont communicate with the box

Have you turned the dchp on and applied on the network settings
