    F5 guide

Does anyone know how to get the channel guide back to normal? When I got the box first I pressed FAV and the sections favourites came up as ajs channel list sorted them. When I selected a section a full screen list of channels came up. Had a bit of bother with the box so updated the firmware. Now when I select from the FAV list a small section comes up along side the favourites list. I have to go down to find a channel, select it and then press exit. Before I just went to channel and double pressed ok..

If its the latest firmware you're using then this new FAV menu is so much better than the old version... Keep using it, it really is easier and better to use you might grow to like it, or downgrade to older firmware if you really preferred the old style FAV menu..

But on this its very slow getting to Channel and then you have to select if with OK and then press exit. The old way was definitely quicker, could see Channel in advance and just use left to right to get to it and then double press ok to view..

If you press the OK button whilst watching a channel you then see listed all the channels in that particular FAV group you're in, which you can then navigate around and OK to select that channel, this is how you're describing what you like to do... I myself dont remember the old FAV menu being quicker to use in any way...

The old way was far better. As soon as you selected entertainment for example a full screen of channels came up like ur describing when ur on a channel and press OK. I know I could just select the first channel and then press exit to view and then press ok to view full list. I know it's not hard but just twice as long...

You're the only person Ive heard that says they dont like the new FAV menu... But like I said before, if you preferred the old way then all you have to do is downgrade your firmware to an older version...

I just downgraded there and everyone in the house agrees that it is now much quicker and easier to use...
