Skybox F5 and Virgin Wi-Fi

Hi, has anyone else had problems connecting to Wi-Fi on virgin?

I've got a super hub which comes up on the Skybox as wpa2 and it will not connect. It connects fine to my tplink access point which just says $wpa.

hi i am on talktalk and can not connect f5 to wifi my skybox f3 is connected wifi but i have tried everythik to connect f5 other people say they are on wifi with it

After much searching of this excellent forum I finally found something that worked! Here it's what I followed -


Set ur SSid with small or capital letter (all)
eg : abc or ABC

set ur auth to wpapsk or wpa2psk (AES)

set ur password with 5 or 13 chars.
eg:
-abc12
-ABC12
-abcdefgh12345
-ABCDEFGH12345

just tried that still didint work ad to set me f3 back up that worked straight away am puzzled

My problems were the virgin super hub but if you trawl thru the forum you'll probably find a talk talk fix. Good luck
