    Skybox f5 multimedia files subtitles

Hi I'm watching video files on the skybox but the subtitles won't switch off. I've tried the subtitle button and Audio buttons on remote also checked any settings but it won't switch off. I've updated to the latest firmware 2013 but it still the same.
Does anybody know or had same problem and got a fix?
I've tried searching everywhere to no avail.
I bought this box for watching movies and satelite. Please some help would be greatly appreciated. Or if anybody can forward this bug to the skybox makers to upgrade firmware.

    Thanks

Skybox/Openbox receivers are good little satellite receivers that cost peanuts, but they are absolutely crap as media players ..... Stop faffing about, use the satellite box for what its good at, and get a proper media player for playing media files...

Hi thanks but I think it's a great media player for the price. All my videos play perfectly.
Anyway thanks for your input but I have found a way to disable the subtitles.

Glad you got your problem sorted... And its good to know you think all your videos play perfectly, they most probably all dont, you just dont notice.... One major inadequacy of these boxes is they dont do 24p so, thats most bluray rips that will never play back properly (smoothly).. Nor do these boxes auto switch video output accordingly to match the framerate of any other media files it plays.. There's many other reasons why these boxes are shit as media players, but if you dont notice the playback deficiencies then good for you..

Any chance you could share how you did this?

Trying play a movie for my kid but it's showing the subtitles and doing my bit in ha!

Would have made a new thread but seem like a waste.

Tried the usual subtitle button etc...
