Few qustions on the f3 box

Hi looking for a bit of advice on the f3 box. I was talking to a guy in work and he was telling me his mate had the f3 box and to look on eb*y for one with a free gift, but when I asked him questions about the box he couldn't tell me anything so I'm hoping you guys can help me.

Is it best to buy the f3 from eb*y as when I done a search a few sites selling them came up, also the prices seem to go from ?130 to ?170 on eb*y, is this going to be a more stable connection or is it just people trying to make more cash?

My flatmate pays for sly in his room. Is it going to be okay for me to run a cable from his dish to a f3 box whilst he is still paying for his his sly as I know he wouldn't be happy with me doing this and I'm not going to tell him.

Also how much will it slow down my broadband if any?

Dont buy a box with a gift, cause soon after you'll regret it because your TV viewing will probably become a shitty glitchy experience... Buy one for 50 quid then do some research...

Buy one from Ebay if you want, choose a UK seller with good feedback, you should be ok...

You should be able to run another feed from the dish without problem, so long as the LNB on the dish has a spare unused output..

It wont slow your broadband down at all...
