openbox x3 please help

Hi Guys, i wonder if someone could please help with a problem i have. I cannot get my openbox x3 to retain certain info, when i switch it on the lnb and transponder frequencies are slightly out resulting in no signal. I can adjust these to get the signal to an acceptable level but there seems no way to save this info. When the box is turned off & on again it ha lost the info and i am back to square one. Is there any way to save this?
As someone who is quite new to all this i would really appreciate any advice.

are you using a motorized dish or just a sky dish, if sky dish i would have it checked or have it re-aligned. sounds like it has moved.

as for motorized you can check for your longitude & latitude settings and put them in your box were you can adjust and save this information
