SKYBOX f3 Constant Disconnecting

Hello Everyone..


I am hoping some of you people might be able to help me. I have currently been given 2 Skybox f3 with a privet CCAM server on them.

The problem i seem to face is the boxes keep on disconnecting my internet once the boxes are in use at first i thought it could be my router so i went out and purchased a brand new Netgear D6300 but the disconnecting continues :S.

Both the boxes are connected VIA cable only when the boxes are in use my internet seems to cut out very weird and very confused.

have you tried just running one if the internet dunt cut off then check ip in box ..then connect both boxes up check ip in both boxes and your computas ip see if there conflictiing ,,,,also are the boxes set on seperaate,giftsssssssssss,,,,,,are they conflicting ....need more info ta help welcome to the other side

never heard of that one before. there must be an ip conflict somewhere down the line

make sure in the network settings on both boxes that the DHCP is enabled. Restart the boxes if you have change the settings.
Then as seangraves said above try 1 box at a time. If still doing it get a test line, usually 24 hours.
If still dropping out then i would be checking your phone line and filters incase of a bad connection.

Hi mate & welcome to the forum

Who provides your internet service ???
The provider on the box are they the same sealion ????
When you go into C**** config file do you have offline or login

Have you tried it on a friends internet (if this works then its not the box's) & defo your net
