    This is Happening quite a lot with the F3/F5's from the amount of posts on the forum, No too sure if other people have cured it completely but i would suggest are you currently running the latest firmware if not try it and see if it improves matters if not revert to another one, Also maybe load up an up to date channel list

    Its basically a case of trial and error to see if it fixes the problem

          Or it could simply be your provider has become a bit crap ...

            All so if you are going to flash your box

            PLEASE BACKUP YOUR BOX TO USB
            make an image file & download it to a usb stick or you will regret it
            later if you don't

            would agree with nibblitz
            provider overload

              with a file mismatch could be down to the supplier has disabled the usb for updating purposes.if the box came with a so called free gift then its your first lesson in nothing is free but if if is it will be rubbish!!

                          is the box on wifi ?

                          same as the eyeboxf3 constantly loggin off usually a reboot on a pay channel works

                          to say the gift is shit is not fair { although might be the case }

                          loose wifi sticks the shoddy way the boxes are assembled adds to the problem

                          they are sold by the kilo

                              should not make a difference mate

                              update the filmware

                              reload the channels

                              even if the filmware is up to date do it any way

                              might be a bad flash

                              let us know
