Just bought a skybox wifi dongle with an ariel,pluged it in my skybox f5 but no joy. Do i need to download drivers as i thought the box already comes with the software on,please help.

Theres a good guide you can download by Shady its in the red stickies at the top of the openbox/skybox page.

does it pick owt up if you go into the internet settings and change it over to wireless.
I had to swap my wireless settings to wpa i think before it would connect to either of my routers.

the security setting in router has to be wpa2 aes. they are a pain to get running but once latched onto wifi signal they are ok at best so long as you have a good wifi signal 75%+. you do not need additional drivers. goodluck

Also wouldn't connect to my asus router whilst it was on wpa2
try different ones mate as they all contradict each other

You dont need any drivers.
It does need a encryption system, but only one wpa or wpa2 not both.
