openbox s11

had this box a couple of months
for the past few days,when i change channels its scrambled,but 5 seconds later channels appear,this happens most of the time,never had this b4,all frre to air channels are ok,its just pay channels and channel 5
im using homeplugs which are working,and my 2 lines are ok,as other box is working fine
any ideas please

also tried with a new openbox s11 and still getting same issue

This keeps cropping up now virtually everyday with these Skybox/Openbox brands, i can only say try a different firmware channel list etc... if your other receivers are fine on the same dish and LNB then that rules that out it can only be the box try new or even older firmwares to see if that resolves the problem
