New Skybox F5 - no signal

Hi, I'm new to openbox/skybox

I installed a single Skybox F5 on Friday, just plug and play.
All OK except a few scrambled channels

Today have no signal on any channels, would appreciate any help to resolve these issues

is the receiver in the right vformat. That button can be pressed by mistake twice quickly. So go through the presets first
