I am afraid its is not possible as the F3 is only a single satellite receiver for this you would need a twin tuner receiver.

You can of course watch something on the same transponder as you are recording as satellite TP's normally carry up to 10 channels but these are normally say BBC1 with 9 other Regional BBC1's


For a true watch one and record another you need 2 tuners

record on box and then watch a free view channel via your roof top aerial.
