Newbie F5 skybox

I have few queries , My new F5 skybox arrived today
I plug all the cables in and I connected my existing sky satellite dish cable to the skybox

I get all the channel but can't view the pay channel as it has got a $ sign next to it what have I done wrong also I have plug in my cat6 cable in

please help

my software version is

Just a thought if you purchased the box as is and you expect to get something for nothing then i am afraid you are sadly mistaken, there is some work involved for what you want to do which you will have to source your self and it involves talking about a banned subject on the forums.

So please try and refrain from any discussion about C/S
