I have problem open box x5 It is on standby mode. All you see is a red light. When remote control pressed nothing happens. Does it mean it is useless or is there any chance to bring this back to life?

I found in another forum, Maybe it helps
Step 1 = I try to switch the power module. Failed. Still wont boot.
Step 2 = I try to switch the LCD module.. VOILA!! It is booting and working. I flashed it with the latest firmware.
Step 3 = I install back the original LCD module.. And it works!!! So now I have my openbox X5 back....
