hi im a total newbie to this and im hoping someone can help.
I recently bought an f3 box and was told that sky change frequency's so often. Is there any chance someone could send me a link with the latest update to put on my usb stick, along with a little tutorial on how to do it? Many thanks in advance..

I would say AJ's is pretty much kept up to date but you can always find a list in this section here if your struggling in the future
