f3 at 95on box

my f3 box wont go past 95 when booting up any one no why this is going on

what happens when it gets to 95 ?
does the power go off ?
does it reboot again ?
ive seen it happen on brothers box where it just boots again and again at 95 and the problem was a short on sat cable , the wires were touching on the f-connecter

may of been bricked. if thats the case then you will need null modem cable and recovery software to recover it

Shorting on the dish wire, take it out and see if the box works without it.
