Help - Channel order SkyBox f3 HD

For example, when I was normally in the "entertainment" section the channels were ordered appropriately, BBC1 BBC2 ITV etc..likewise for Sports they were "sky sports 1 HD sky sports 2 hd ETC.
Now they are all in alphabetical order which is really annoying...dont know how this happened!

I dont know my pin at the moment either.

any help?

Someone pressed the sort button and then the A-Z when in the All List.

Just put AJ's list on a Mem stick and upload it to the box.

Yes but I cant use the same sort option to reverse the change sadly...
do you have a link and instructions? I am completely new to these boxes and not very knowledgeable!

Just look on the red stickies at top of openbox section or get it from ajsat.co.uk

thanks guys - sadly cant do this as dont know my pin...0000 and 3313 doesnt work
