    wireless openboxes11

    hi again ive got a openboxs11...i wanted to go wireless with it ..ive tried the wireless usb skybox yet it not showing up in network connections ie no wireless info in the network connections how do i get this to work on wireless if it is possible thanks

    It wont work on a dongle. You need a wifi bridge like Vonets that plugs into the ethnet port and has usb to power it. You would of course loose your ability to use the usb for recording.

    More reliable to use homeplugs.

      Not if you buy the Tenda wireless bridge this comes with a power adaptor that dispenses with the USB for power so in effect would allow the USB slot free for other use

        the vonet can be used with a power adapter. just unplug usb adapter and plugin 5-15v power adapter
        but tenda looks the best way to go

          Yes, correct.

          Vonets, when used with a Dreambox, you plug the power pack into the Vonets & the Vonets into the power hole in the Dreambox, then the ethernet into the ethernet port, still leaving USB ports available.
