Hi guys i wonder if any of can help with a problem i have with an x3 box?
the problem i have is with the snr, while on freeview channels i have an snr of 85% which is how it should be, however when i go onto paid channels this drops to 5% resulting in no signal message.
If i adjust the transponder setting slightly the signal comes back in antenna setup but there seems no way to save this.
i have had my dish and cable checked out and all is fine.
Can someone please help with this as it has me pulling my hair out?
