    Try this

And if no luck with that, bin it, shred it, microwave it or flog it on ebay as a duff one for spares/repair..

if re-flashing with rs232 does not work, open the box up and check the powerboard, look for capacitors that show signs of bulging and leaking,if that's the case fleabay has a couple of the power supplies for sale,or you could replace capacitors yourself you can buy the same value caps from maplins but buy a slightly higher voltage caps.

Put your ear close to the box, can you hear any noise, light high pitch squeel, or any general equipment high frequency buzzing? More than likely your power supply, they are cheap enough to buy and easy to replace

A bricked box also appears dead with no lights on the box.

              Try reflashing the box first.

If that doesn't work, do you (or a mate) have a multimeter? The 3 voltage outputs of the PSU are marked on the board, so you could test it first to see if the PSU is working or not.

BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU TRY THIS THOUGH, AS THERE ARE MAINS VOLTAGES ON THE BOARD.
