    Openbox s9 problem

I've had this problem since i got this box but its really starting to annoy me now. When i go to turn on the box the LCD display say "on" and goes no further the box doesn't boot up it just says "on" so i have to repeatedly turn the box off and on again until it finally goes from "on" to "ahah" and then boot up , the box never boots the 1st time and im just wondering if this could be a firmware problem.

    Any help is much appreciated

Its possible it could be firmware problem, maybe its got a bit corrupted.. It could also be a memory problem, it could even be a power board problem, no way of knowing for sure really... Your first logical step would be to factory default it and then reinstall the firmware, but be sure to backup the system and important misc' files before you proceed.

I would just leave it on all the time.
Never saw a receiver say aha, to me that sounds funny

I noticed when I was trying out different firmwares for an S10 & S11 box recently, that they were coming up with different words on the front panel display. I meant to write them all down.

I remember one came up with "6000" then "busy" and another said "beta". Never saw "ahah" though.

What firmware do you currently have on your box androp?

the old anonymousx firmware may say aha on the s9 if it is for the s10 ,I think.
There was 1 version just for s9

Well androp never replied to this thread...but I discovered a firmware today that shows "AHAH" on an S9 while booting.

            It's AnonymouSX S9:05A6CMT.
