can you let me know the best box is it the f3 or the m3 box I am new to this thanks

They are both identical in functionality & performance. The F3 is a regular sized unit with internal PSU just like most receivers... The M3 is a much smaller unit with an external 12v Power Adapter.. F3 has USB port on the front, M3 has USB on the back.
