Skybox f5 trying to get up and running advice please

Newbie just looking for advice on how to get the best from my f5 software/channel lists etc thanks in advance

Could anyone tell me if the satellite list settings are corrent for Sky UK on the F5?

aj,s channel list is the most upto date its the best around,even being sold on fleebay for a couple of quid,if you put aj,s channel list on your f5 (I have) it clears all sats off your machine,and only installs sly, you need to put the rest of the sats you want in manualy
