Channel update skybox f3

Hi can anyone help need to update to the new channel guide on my f3 im a bit unsure how to do it

[*=1] Put TP_PROG.DBS file onto the root of your USB drive.
[*=1]Hit menu button and navigate to the "Tools" tab then "Upgrade by USB", change the upgrade mode from "Image File" to "Misc Files" then "Select & Upgrade" & select "TP_PROG.DBS" then press yellow....
[*=1]Once the upgrade has completed restart your box.
