How do you fix a looping skybox f5

Right flashed my box with the socalled correct erom_update to latest firmware as box was playing up. It flashed fine the on reboot it loops at 97% I've flashed with allsort of F5 firmware with no luck. Does anyone know a solution my guess would be the erom_upgrade is'nt setup correctly ? Is there anychance for this box or should i just bin it? as i can still flash i'm guessing there is hope ?

Try flashing with as i had same problem and this fixed it
Let me no how u get on

some f/w block the usb upgrades to avoid future damage of the receiver if wrong firmware is loaded
If message upgrade file is mismatch appears when trying to update firmware it means usb upgrades are disabled

You firmware is a clone version, It means your box is a clone Box, when upgrade into the orignal box , always reboot , please remove it , If you Do not known that , contract with your sellers.

i had a 97% bootloop on an f5 used rs232 to flash but still didnt pull it out of loop sent it back.

You firmware is a clone version, It means your box is a clone Box, when upgrade into the orignal box , always reboot , please remove it , If you Do not known that , contract with your sellers.

The fact I can tell you : There has been some clone box in the market, which can not upgrade any firmware from the SKYBOX.cc , no offcial firmware support it , you can try upgrade your box from the www.skybox.cc whether your box is clone. Even I can tell you the CLONE firmware website : www.hddvbsw.com ALL ARE CLONE !!!! You can find THe KeyBox 40 copy skybox f4 and rename the brand to KEYBOX , And all the firmware from them is clone firmware. That's why so many user has bug "L097", Please be careful !!!!

Upgrade the Firmware From www.skybox.cc into the F5 Box with RS232 cable , If find 'L097' bug , please return back to your sells, The manufacturing factory of ORIGINAL BOX will Fix the machine bug, If you have any hardware problem . every SKYBOX F5 ORIGINAL BOX can run any firmware from the SKYBOX.cc . otherwise you can return back.

Right finding are. There must be clones digi the firmware you posted worked and thank you I then reflashed with the skybox.cc firmware and ow no loop so back to digi's one so indeed there are clones as mine is one.
