can't see channles on TV

Guys

I did change the settings . tv source was something like 560i . I changed to "source" after that rebooted box and now I can't see anything on my TV. TV says no surce. How can i Reset the box to original settings. As I can't see anything on TV, is there any method to reset thru remote?
