skybox f5 load problem

hi guys i have just uploaded a new chan list and now the box is stuck with load on front how do i reset this or get the box to work again please.

Try leaving it unplugged for a couple of hours.. if it still won't have none of it then as sb18180 says; reflash with null modem cable.

(I've had a couple of f3's done the load to '90' a couple of times over the last 6 month, i just unplugged it at night and plugged it back in the next morning and they have worked fine since).
