Which Cam Version

Another newbie so pls forgive me if this is a dumb question .... i understand the receiver works better with the latest version of CCCAm software. How do i find out which version i have on my skybox ? The image i have currently is SKYBOX_3601HD_CMT_130327079B.abs.

wrong section for starters, as there is a skybox.openbox forum

there is no way of easily checking which one is being used as its in the patched firmware itself

not only that, you cannot install cccam into your box so its not relevant either

I would think its v 2.14 but it may be an earlier one

Not 100% but i think they are similar to the TM's and Blade as they also emulate a Cam which is version 2.0.11

it's cccam version 2.1.4 , not like the more expensive boxes which you can swap and change cccam versions.
