    Openbox Volume Control

Hi guys know I am going to kick myself for asking this but can anyone tell me how to adjust the volume on an openbox X3. I have a dream box DM800hd and have no problem adjusting the volume through the remote. My friend has just bought an Openbox but is unable to adjust the volume. Even with the TV on max volume the audio is very low. I have tried his box on my TV and have the same problem. I have tried every combination of buttons on the remote but can not adjust the volume. I have also look in the settings but can see no adjustments. I have tried both HD and scart connections to the TV. Should I bend over ready for the kicking?
    Cheers.

What do the Left/Right arrow buttons do when you're watching a channel?

They don't seem to do anything. None of the "arrow" buttons have any marks on them.

The left/right/up/down arrow buttons around the OK button, on most of the Openbox/Skybox recievers the left/right ones adjust volume when watching a channel.

Hi thanks for the reply. I am sure i have tried the left/right arrow buttons, but if you think they adjust the volume then it may be he has a faulty remote. I will have another try tonight.
          Cheers.
